- The message or request you type, including appointment preferences
These fields are collected through website forms hosted on Netlify and through HighLevel form embeds that appear on contact, assessment, publication, and related pages. Appointment booking uses TimeZest at bcnetworks.timezest.com.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, including pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, and general device information, through Google Analytics (property G-3RCDZP7Q3Z) and similar logs needed to operate the site.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent platforms.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic function and analytics. You can decline cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect some features. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site, not to build a marketing profile for sale.
6. How long we keep information
Inquiry and booking details are kept as long as needed to respond, to continue a conversation you started, and to meet record-keeping or legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider settings.
7. Sharing
We share information with the processors listed above so they can deliver the service. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share form submissions with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website or internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal data through the public forms.
